Western Software builds custom business systems—software, websites, and AI knowledge platforms—for contractors and manufacturers. We are engineers who happen to work in industries where operations, production, and quoting decide whether a business wins or loses.
We are not a marketing agency. We do not sell keyword packages, ad management, or generic templates. Our work is engineering: modeling how a business actually runs, then building software that fits that shape.
Our experience spans construction, manufacturing, workflow automation, estimating, quoting, and operational software. We have built systems for window and door manufacturers, building product companies, concrete and specialty contractors, glass companies, industrial service firms, and HOA operators. In each case the specifics are different—but the pattern is the same: understand the workflow, design the platform, ship real software, and keep improving it.
We prefer a small number of long-term partnerships over a large number of throwaway projects. Every engagement is custom quoted and scoped to the outcome the business needs.
